We were expecting something special. We ended up disappointed. It started with the attitude displayed at checkin desk. The young lady came across as disinterested and bordering on rude. When we got to our room it was clear that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly with previous guests razor still in the shower, mould in many places in the bathroom,. A bathroom that belongs in the 1980’s. We complained and were told that it was a superior room. I would hate to see the normal room. At night we would hear tv and toilet and conversations from other rooms across the hall. We eventually were moved to another room for our last night but you can’t get away from the fact that this hotel has had no investment for decades.

Reception staff have lot of attitude problems. Check in the way staff was speaking as if he is doing favor giving room.Check out they kept me waiting they said we are checking your room.Althouh I told no consumption from mini bar.No security person at gate.Nobody gave luggage attendance.If your neighbor use flush in his toilet you will its from your room.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived early at 6:35 AM and requested early check-in, even offering to pay extra. The staff informed us the room would be ready in about 1 hour. We agreed and went out for breakfast, returning around 8:50 AM. However, the staff on duty had changed, and we were again told the room was not ready and had to wait another hour. This lack of coordination was inconvenient. The housekeeping trolley was kept in the corridor throughout the day, which made the area feel cluttered. The soundproofing is quite poor — sounds from the corridor, including doors opening and normal conversations, are clearly audible inside the room. The flooring appears old and produces creaking noises, and the bathroom door lock was not in good condition, which may affect comfort and privacy. Additionally, it appeared that different categories of guests were accommodated on separate floors, which felt unusual. Overall, the hotel could improve its coordination, maintenance, and noise management to enhance the guest experience
