Third class service, small rooms over expensive, un -cooperative staff. Receptionist Dilvar Sheikh behaviour was so rude and arrogant

Ruia college organized it's 2 days national seminar on 10 n 11 January 2020. We kept our esteemed guests in your hotel from 9 to 12 Jan 2020. They are very happy for the rooms and overall hospitality. Food was delicious and rooms were clean. Staff was very cooperative. Staff at Reception desk, Booking desk and sales desk was so cooperative and professionally handled our guests. Booking and Billing part was also smooth. Thank you so much. We really appreciate everything. Regards Dr. Pradeep Waghmare Convener of the seminar Asst prof of History Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous college Matunga, Mumbai Mob. 9664684825

Not at all worth for value for money. Room size too small. No fixed tariff. based on demand rates are taken. Food needs improvement. Old resto was better than new. Veh driver not even allowded to use wash rooms
