Hotel Sapna Marine

I had stayed here many times last week I was there on Tuesday for one night it is a excellent hotel and in a good location the night duty manager SANTOSH sir is best for any question our any query the bad thing is that it’s over priced it’s a good hotel home away from home 🏠

Nothing works. Shower is on top of toilet. Room is a shoebox. Aircon and TV don't work. We had to change rooms twice do to poor maintenance. It can not be recommended to civilised people. I am trying to be nice about this place but never again.

I had booked this hotel online during my recent visit to Mumbai. I booked this hotel for its location only. I had health check-up scheduled at Bombay Hospital and this was one of the nearest option available in budget. I reached the hotel at 10 am in the morning and was handed over the key card immediately. The check-in was quick. The room allocated was on 2nd floor. The room was small with twin beds. The interior was average. The room was equipped with tv, mini fridge and split air-conditioning. The tea maker was not provided. The bed was small but comfortable. The linen was torn and worn out and was replaced on request. The bathroom size was very small but it's expected when we book a budget hotel at place like marine lines . The hotel needs pest control as there were insects in the room and bathroom. On request the housekeeping sprayed insecticide. I did not try room service or food so can not comment on that. The staff was very cooperative and did everything which was requested. I checkout next day morning. The checkout was quick and smooth. My stay was comfortable as the location suited me very well. There are many restaurants very near to this hotel offering all kind of veg and non veg food. If you need accommodation at walking distance from Bombay Hospital and your requirement is very basic , you may stay here. It took one hour and ten minutes to reach T2 international airport from here by cab.
