Hyatt Regency

Dear Grand Hyatt Andheri Team, I am writing to share our experience during our stay at your hotel, which, unfortunately, fell far below expectations—especially given the occasion we were celebrating. We had chosen your property to celebrate our wedding anniversary, expecting a comfortable and memorable experience. However, the room was infested with mosquitoes throughout the night. Despite informing the hotel staff, the issue was met with a casual “Ok, sorry” and no further action. There was no sense of urgency or concern shown, which was extremely disappointing. What made it worse was that we were traveling with our 2-year-old child, and we ended up spending the entire night awake, trying to protect him from mosquito bites. Needless to say, this is not how we imagined spending such a special occasion. We chose Grand Hyatt for its reputation, but this experience has left us with deep dissatisfaction. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that such basic hygiene and guest service expectations are met in the future.

Would like to thank Mr. Dhananjay at the restaurant who had displayed excellent hospitality and service to us. He is very honest and smart and always ready to help. We for sure will chose Hyatt Regency whenever we plan a trip to Mumbai while in transit or on vacation.

Our rooms were quiet and super clean, spacious. And comfortable.the hotel has everything you need to relax before or after a flight. We also liked the restaurant. Indian as well as European smells and everything very delicious
