Imperial Palace

Came late in the evening, all hotels full, had no other choice other than stay there. One of worst places I have stayed in my life. Rooms were untidy, didn't dare to touch the shower, had to pay in advance, no other services available, wi-fi not available.

In life you Should experience good n BAD service, waste of MONEY. FOR BAD SERVICE STAY WITH THIS HOTEL AND THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL FOR THE DURATION YOU STAY. Rooms - * Service - * Cleanness - nil Staff - RUDE, no manners, Front desk manager ( rahul ) - you should resign n get retirement. Poor service, room stinking, room service very poor, small rooms, NEVER NEVER EVER IMPERIAL PALACE 1. EVERYONE SUCK’S......!!!!!!!👊

I would have rated less than 1, if its available. Rooms are not cleaned, room service is very very poor. Pathetic service i have ever received. Online show's BF available but Owner/manager lied and they denied for any service published online rather they said/blaming the online suppliers. They will ensure n they do there best by using there service u will be embarrassed in front of your friends n family members. They do fake advertising as marketing strategy but they are not worth it. Will spread/advice on social media n to all friends n family members to avoid going this hotel. ALL FAKE ADVERTISEMENTS ONLINE. @FRIENDS/LADIES N GENTLEMEN; AVOID using there service.
