Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Service at Hotel Nestor, Mumbai
We made a corporate booking and are regular customers of this hotel, but the experience today was absolutely pathetic and unprofessional.
After completing a long night duty, we reached the hotel at 6:00 AM and politely requested an early room. The staff at the counter assured us that a room would be provided between 9–10 AM, mentioning that some rooms were already checked out.
However, after the shift change at 9 AM, the new staff completely changed their statement and told us the room would only be available at 2 PM. This kind of false commitment and lack of coordination reflects extremely poor management and service standards.
The situation became even worse:
The waiting area was full of mosquitoes – no basic hygiene or comfort.
The lady staff at the counter was highly unprofessional and rude.
Her exact attitude was: “If you ask again and again, I will delay it more.”
This is not just bad service — it is arrogant, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior, especially towards corporate clients and regular customers.
This is truly third-class service, the worst we have experienced. No professionalism, no customer respect, no accountability.
⚠️ Strongly advise everyone to avoid Hotel Nestor, Mumbai — especially for corporate bookings.
If this is how loyal and regular customers are treated, one can only imagine the experience of first-time guests.
Never expected this level of disgraceful service from a hotel.
