Marigold Residency (T)

Hi, I have checked in at Hotel Leafio Marigold, Andheri East today 14th June 2026. I have ordered a service from Yes Madam. The Yes Madam guy was denied entry to the Hotel, stating this is against their hotel policy. I asked the receptionist to connect me with the Hotel Manager. The receptionist Mr. Azhar connected the call to the GM Mr. Deepak from his personal number. Mr. Deepak denied the entry. I said Mr Deepak i have already paid for the service. Mr. Deepak reverted saying “that’s your concern and problem and not mine!” I asked for a solution and he denied. Post heated argument, i said then i will avail the service at your Hotel Lobby. He reverted with exactly the mentioned statement: “I will kick you out of the Hotel if you dare to do so! And i will see who takes care of you!” Need an explanation how a GM of a Hotel can say such things and threaten me?! Absolutely terrible experience...we went late at night and the staff was very unbothered...they also charged us extra money for kids and said that kids above the age of 5 are ADULTS.. ABSOLUTELY SENSELESS

We went wid our kids,pre booking n fully paid,it was so chaotic,such worst experience...the staff are not helpful at all.....never seen more unbothered staff They are charging extra for kids though we paid from make my trip and it was mentioned there it's booked with kids
