Not very nice. Daughter was vegan and she came late at night from Copenhagen. We had booked two adjacent rooms which they promised in the morning when we checked in. She was given room in another floor and in the corner above the space for the band. A party in progress did not allow her to sleep. Also vegan milk could not be provided. Staff was rude. Shall never go there in future. Not recommended by us.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sea Princess. Everything was excellent – the food, rooms, and overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the food was delicious with a great variety. A special mention to Ms. Nirmala from the reception team for her warm welcome and helpful nature. Lawrence from housekeeping and the staff member at the entrance who assisted with luggage were truly fantastic—always smiling, courteous, and eager to help, making us feel genuinely valued. The restaurant staff and chefs also deserve appreciation for their cheerful attitude and excellent service. It is rare to see such consistently smiling and attentive staff throughout the hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Sea Princess for making our stay memorable. We would be delighted to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and truly hospitable experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We booked Hotel Sea Princess expecting a genuine 5-star experience based on the glowing reviews and photos online. Instead, we were placed in Room 105 — supposedly “newly renovated” according to check in receptionist — which was in a shocking condition with damp, foul-smelling sheets and obvious cleanliness and maintenance issues. After a long international flight and celebrating my husband’s birthday, this was deeply upsetting. What made matters worse was a housekeeping staff member telling us the room was “usually allocated to Arabs or white people,” an unacceptable and discriminatory comment that completely ruined our stay. The hotel’s response? An offer of dinner compensation. Completely inadequate for the distress and disappointment caused. Photos attached speak for themselves.
