Hotel Sapna Executive

It's a decent place, a family hotel so to say. The room is big. But that is where it stops. The rooms need a lot of refurbishing. The bed linen, towels, napkins need not only to be washed & bleached properly but also need replacement ( like the rooms the linen also needs to be overhauled). The bathrooms though clean are stained & the fittings & faucets leak / do not work properly. All in all the place looks dull & dingy. The complimentary breakfast is nothing to write home about. Overall the hotel needs cleaning up and an upgrade in services for the price it charges & image it projects on the websites. The one positive thing though that is worth mentioning is the very helpful & friendly staff including the front office persons, the room boys, the parking attendant & waiters.

AVOID THIS LOUSY PLACE - the manager is beyond rude! They are arrogant. They overcharge you the price that you see online, then the manager Vijay just argues with you! Disgusting hospitality displayed. Rooms are very DIRTY, outdated... They have made a dirt we had to sign for every item in the room, hangers, water jug, extension plug etc before taking the room..... what kind of nonsense is this?? It's Like staying in a hostel Breakfast is very basic, served outside each morning as the neighbouring restaurant clatters around and floods the floor with water 'cleaning'

Location, location, location! This hotel was mins away from shops, restaurants, street food stalls, etc. Easy to find cabs and autos (three-wheelers) in front of the hotel. Clean, welcoming rooms and delicious buffet breakfast with toast and dosa/pancakes made to order. Great staff. 100% recommend!
