Staff was very helpful and support in my stay special Madan and Aarti and Vinay they really support and near to the market Narayan from Restaurant he is also very good and helpful whenever I will visit to pune check in this hotel.......

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean. Dinner was good and the chef was attentive and helpful in suggesting menu. During check out didn't get bill. I had booked the room through hotel website. After several reminders they sent a bill without guest name. It was showing Cleartrip guest. When I pointed this out they say Cleartrip manages their website. As if I care! The amount in bill was lower than what I paid. The check in check out time was wrong. After several reminder mails and messages and calls got a corrected bill but still less than the amount I paid. Totally unprofessional!
