The worst hotel facility I have ever seen in my life. Leaked Bathroom , Beds are not well cleaned. Promod Srinivas acted like a goon, uncultured and unethical. Don't have any manner to talk to a guest. You may find so many hotels in Pune at this price if you are an educated human being this hotel is not for you.

Happen to stay here for a night, it's centrally located to the business district in the Pune. Unfortunately that the only part of this one, which leaves a lot missing for the money. I feel a smart managment can do wonders with it place and with this location in a fast explanding city

I have stayed here in the entire month of October. I was on official work so stayed alone. This place is very close to the railway station(10 minutes walking) and for food you have the option of the cheapest to the most expensive The rooms are cleaned everyday and maintained well. I have on earlier occasions found cockroaches in three and five star hotels but there is not even an ant here. Very clean rooms The staff Mr. Tanaji, Mr. Suraj and Mr. Shamlal, in the front office and Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Dhondi (the attendants) and all the others, are all friendly and courteous and they try to make your stay comfortable. Very often I have left my bags unlocked in the rooms and have never found them touched let alone find anything missing. I would definitely come back here again recommend this place
