One day in Pune coming by early morning flight and going by early morning flight so selected HHI aa it is nearby at airport and reasonably priced. Reached early and aa expected thru refused room. left luggage and came back to check in later. building rooms are quite good and impressive. Bathroom is different way not in lobby room entry side. should I call a mirror room aa there are glasses everywhere. Food is just average. service pathetic. Food sent it after 45 minutes then boy so not have pen to sign the bill. it takes another 10 minutes. food plates not collected even after asking. Two distemper in bathroom without label as shampoo or shower gel.

Had a 3 day booking at the property but I checked out the next morning itself - 2 days prior to the plan because the property is very bad. - The staff is rude - ⁠The restaurant setup during dinner looks like a dance bar with mist & loud music - ⁠Taps are rusted - ⁠Wooden furniture is scratched and stained - Food options for breakfast & dinner are limited and most of the items served are from cans and tetra packs. - Staff is untrained & unattentive
