RL Hotel

Did Not provide drinking water after asking for minimum 10times. Staffs and manager was mannerless. Ac was off 6hrs a day. They told it was hotel policy. Alongwith this ac was not working for abot 5...

We reach near the hotel at 0445 Hrs. But check in time of the hotel is at 0800 hrs. But they keep one man at reception at that odd hour also! Also we check out at 0500 Hrs. But they again keep one...

Stayed at the RL hotel on Broadway. Ashleigh was so helpful from the time I arrived until I left! I definitely suggest this hotel if you are in the area. I give Ashleigh 5 stars! The hotel was clean...
