Pathetic and Disastrous, on the day I was to check in which is 8th September I get a call from Raman that due to management issues the booking has been cancelled. I was driving from Delhi with family when I got the call from this joker. They didnt just spoil the experience but also touched a new low by giving a stupid and retarded reason for cancellation. These fools r not even close to the word humble and should rather be called Jungle hotel because thats what the behaviour depicts.
