Basant Vihar Palace

I had been staying from last 10 year's in this hotel. Everytime when we visit this hotel, experience new levels of hospitality. People never let you feel alone for even a minute. Food is another reason, one should stay here. Every dish is prepared with real ethnic taste. Restaurant is famous for food in bikaner. Regarding cleanliness, you will not found any point to complaint. Neat and clean, well appointed rooms. Heartiest thanks to very courteous staff.

We were at this hotel on our way through Bikaner and the way it is the city was excellent. The hotel looks very well maintained in fact they were making improvements and the common areas were clean and tidy. The room was quite spacious, the bed large and comfortable, a sofa, armchair, desk and refrigerator as well as TV. Everything was clean and well preserved and nicely decorated. The bathroom very well too, the shower spacious, and had a very useful vanity section for someone to be in the bathroom and another getting ready. I had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush, comb and so on courtesy. There were also disposable bathrobes and slippers. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning and fan to enhance it. We also had dinner and breakfast here, the restaurant was very good, nice decor, clean, AC, the food was very rich and good quality and also the service and attention were very good. It is true that the staff lacked a little experience with foreign tourists but they were very professional and helped us in what was needed. Highly recommended this hotel is also close to the fort (7-8 min by tuk tuk).

We visited this hotel in December 2022 during our road trip from Jaipur to Jaisalmer. We stayed here for 1 night. It was a palace turned into hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The staff were very helpful. We did not take the food service during our stay. During the morning time the sprawling lawn looks very nice.
