Heritage Village

The overall experience was superb, from starting the check-in process till late live music. Ambience is very good, friendly staff, superb food. The live music was awesome. Special thanks to Sonu who arranged mis night Maggi and was always happy to serve.

They doesn't provide each information online. We checked in at 1 pm and the electricity was not there till 5pm . Pool was so dirty. They cleaned the pool on our 5 times request around 5 pm. And even they were so rude . We booked 3 rooms there for enjoyment purpose but all gone in vain. They asked us to go in our rooms at night as if we are in our house and have to sleep quietly. In the night pool was not open . And in the morning they just put chemicals for cleaning pool before our checkout time and disallowed us to enter in pool. Such a terrific experience. They even dont know how to talk to their guests. People go to resorts for fun but they expect just discipline with time schedule which are not mentioned online anywhere. Even when we tried to sleep we got to know that lights will be off only when you put off ac and every electric device. Worst experience ever

Beautiful resort/hotel in the centre of Jaipur. Family loved it, lovely food and beautiful scenery of nature. Highly recommended to all my fellow friends and future clients, surely going to visit soon.
