Hotel Vijay Niwas

The worst hôtel expérience i ever had!!! We booked a night at this hôtel for 3 nights but when we arrive, they are telling us that our réservation is not good. So they have room but at 3 times the price we booked. So we search a solution and find another hôtel cause we don't want to let our money to this lier. And the worst was they are not kind at all with foreigners. They are agressive and bad looking on us. Really run from this lyer hôtel and book another one. Also it's not looking as good and clean than on the pictures you will find on internet. Customers, travellers...run run run far away from this hôtel!!! Wish you the best

I booked a terrace room over looking the garden. This hotel has neither terrace rooms or gardens. My room was what I could only describe as filthy. I am not precious and have travelled extensively in India but this was a standard of dirt that I could not tolerate. It did not appear that the room had ever been cleaned, particularly the bathroom, even the key fob was caked in grime. The bed sheets seemed clean but I was too scared to check the mattress as it was too late to find another hotel that night. was booked for 4 nights but left after the first. The manager was very understanding and came to the room to look over the issues with me which I appreciated.

The pathetic hotel ever I've seen so far. No room service, arrogant manager and zero star comfort. The exterior is good but rooms are not so clean, no hot water after 10 AM and same has never been mentioned on any hotel booking portal. The manager will inform you on your arrival with the condition to stay if the limitation are acceptable otherwise, find a new hotel.
