Hem Guest House

Hotel is near Sandar market, can walk few minute to clock tower and market. The room is very beaultiful, clean and comfortable. The roof top resteraunt is nice view, can see Mehrangath Fort in night. The owner and staff is very nice.

We announced our arrival 1 day ahead and got a reply from the owner. So far so good. When we arrived the owner was not present, only a young boy who hardly speak English and was not aware that we were coming. We booked 2 rooms. Both bathrooms weren't cleaned. In one the flush was not working in the other the toilet seat was loose and the commode was very dirty (if you know what i mean) !!! Only 1 bedsheet was provided / no pillow covers! The permanent bedsheet and pillow covers haven't been cleaned for ages, they were blackish and smeary. Instantly we decided not to stay in this pathetic hotel. We left and found another much better homestay. On top, this hotel hasn't been cheap. I really don't understand how travelers can rate this hotel positively. Even 1 star is too much. Stay away from this place!!

The worst hotel in my whole rajasthan trip. Ambience: Dont go by the photos. The top is view only plus point else the rooms and not clean, no dustbin in rooms, most of the time geyser was not working. Location: Its in the market . you need to travel through tiny lanes hence don't travel using OLA/Uber Food: Better not to taste. No cleanliness in the restaurant. Though top view is only plus point of this hotel. Service: Not trained staff. Good point was they give use free pick up from station (Saving 150 Rs). Price: You better spend 500 Rs more in another hotel than saving some bucks.
