Calling the experience here worst is an understatement. My ordeal started after reaching the place. Had booked online, paid fully up-front. The hotel manager (extremely rude guy) wouldn't let us checkin saying he hasn't received money. I told him I I am staying for 2 nights let me checkin as I m tired after journey and sort out later but he did not agree. Made us wait for 45 mins till I called the travel portal. Then we went to the room. Horrible for the price being charged is an understatement. Bed linen was torn n had spots. Tv was smallest antique. Had a red tinge. Useless. Bathroom had old rusted Geyser. Wasn't clean at all. Paint was coming off at all the places. Room was dark n half the lights were not working. This was the room I had to choose after looking at 4 available rooms. Others were still worst. My nightmare here had not ended. Next day travel portal guys told that they have done money transfer to hotel's account. But these guys checked their account once in morning n said money is not deposited. They said I need to pay 2 nights charge in cash next day. Travel portal guys kept trying to convince them but all they wanted was for me to pay again. This was happening at 10:30 in night when I was tired and wanted to rest. Finally the travel portal guys reached out to MD of the hotel somehow and he called these useless manager and told to not take money from me again. While trying to reason with these guys I asked them "don't u care about ur reputation". The answer was "we don't care about online thing". I booked after seeing 2 positive reviews but got thoroughly duped. There r better places available in same category. Avoid this place even if can't :) I had such horrible experience here that I wrote this review immediately after checkout. Please avoid! Btw, kudos to cleartrip guys for sorting it out. Hotel guys were extremely rude and uncooperative but cleartrip customer care was responsive.

I stayed in this hotel during my first visit to Jodhpur, this hotel is really good and location is best, it is very near to Sardarpura which has some of the best eating and shopping options in Jodhpur. There are many tours and travel operators nearby so good for people who will be keep exploring Rajasthan. The room was nice with spacious bathroom, they have a rooftop restaurant which serves pretty good breakfast and snacks, I still remember the paratha-omelet which I had there. This hotel can be a good option for a couple looking out for a budget accommodation with plenty of can be covered by walk.

Nice Hotel. Clean and on main Road . Staff very good and helping. Eating joints like Gypsy , Khatri, Jodhpur Sweets all near by including Solanki Dairy. Kinldy try Mirchiwada, Onion and Mawa Katchori from there. Jalebi and Rabri lodoos from Jodhpur Sweets, near by for Daal Bati joint is Sri Bhawani's and one of the famous Mirchgi wada joint is Chaudhary's all in 1 km radius. Also try Rajasthani Thali at Gypsy. Niraali Dhani for more desi taste is around 3-4 kms but should also try that. Janta Sweets also very Good. Mishrilal's Lassi near Ghanta Ghar also must try point.
