Dirty rooms (3 bookings - 3 rooms in the same condition), swimming pool empty for months (seen the condition and reading other posts once there)... do not book in this hotel which needs a good refreshment! The photos speak for themselves! We were offered an upgrade: same condition of the rooms, which are not aired in +! We didn't stay. Have been moved to the Aanan resort at 12 mn: an enchantment 🙏🏼

Very welcoming staff. Very spacious rooms. Restaurant to recommend. But aging hotel with some accessories failing. The staff forgot to tell us that we had to turn on the water heater also our shower was taken in cold water. Lack of maintenance of common areas and garden. Hotel too far from the center.

We stayed in this lovely hotel as part of a golden triangle tour with Lumle holidays, in Mandawa outskirts. This hotel is very quaint with beautiful frescoes in the haveli silk route trader style of the town. We were upgraded to a gigantic suite, with separate dining area, large bedroom with 4 poster bed and large shower room. Immersion to heat water in bathroom- plenty of hot water. Rooms are locked inside by bolts on external and bedroom doors when inside and externally by a large traditional padlock. Rooms were clean with comfortable bed. There was an air conditioning unit in the lounge dining area and bedroom. A fridge supplied 2 bottles free water in the lounge. The room had a large balcony area with seating area overlooking lawn. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were eating dinner and breakfast alone and they checked when suited us. Good place to stay to view the havelis of Mandawa- need a car or Tuk Tuk to get there - short ride. Our driver took us to Mandawa and arranged a tour with a local. Hotel has a pool but we had no time to use it. Given some of the reviews here we were pleasantly surprised.
