Initially they gave us rooms without AC After a discussion they shifted us to AC rooms Where on one room AC was not working Tv cable was not there and when called was the engineering guy to check we discovered that the landlines are not working Later from another room we called them It took 30mins to come and they did some repairing work But after keeping the ac on for an hour there was no cooling, called them again and again they did some work but no results after few hours Now the 3rd time a different guy came and sorted the issue Anything we ordered from the room took an hour to come Pool was not clean at all Gaming zone everything is broken and dusty And the heights was at the night We ordered jeera rice dal tadka And after an hour they gave dal fry and orange rice When we asked them to come and check one gentleman came and after looking at the dish he said sorry for the mist And it will be replaced After 45 mins they brought the food and rhis time the dal was half cooked When raised this to the manager Instead of accepting his mistake he started shouting that jeera rice is orange only and we dont know what we are ordering He is asking us to explain him the difference between dal tadka and dal fry and this created a scene In the morning we came down for breakfast and only we got was poha and puro baji And he kept bread butter where the butter got over in 6 breads and when asked for more they went to buy it and never came back While check out We came to know that we have to pay for cutlery as they serve the food in dishes which they brought from outside But finally i will say it was not a bad experience but it was horrible and there service is not poor but pathetic Never going to recommend this property to anyone Worst stay ever

Excellent service, housekeeping team especially ravindra baghel and mohan supervisor were excellent.justa sajjangarh is a 5 star luxury resort and spa set against the scenic backdrop of the sajjangarh biological park.

I had stayed for 2 days in this hotel. Good service by the hotel staff. Food was also good. Nice and friendly Staff. Had interacted with Mr Nilesh at the reception. Had some queries and he was very humble to answer all the queries.
