Hadi rani Palace

This place is just pathetic. The available staff was sleeping in the room somewhere. I arrived early at 6am and booked the room from last night. just for 3 hrs and change paid full day charges. I was surprised when reception staff Kuldeep Singh Said " Room Nahi hai aapko kal raat ko ana chahiye tha " . He was very rude while checking in. The lift was not working and I had to carry my baggage. Asked for the water bottle and tea in the morning at 6.30 which were also not available , so I had to go out and purchase everything. Water was not available in the water tabs including the WC and others.  Pathetic and worst staff ever i seen in the hotel industry.Don't book the place please else they will destroy all your planes.

The worst hotel with 0% amenities. The lift is under repair, phone not working, less staff. Being a senior citizens, we were forced to climb 2 nd floor every time and no kitchen available, and we have to eat at outside always. Please never ever book this hotel, other wise you are going to experience the nightmare!

It was wonderful experience really we had quality spent quality time.. Would like to appreciate entire team food and beverage.. Himanshu, chef(forget the name who made a perfect dish which we asked for the lady who served food was so polite and lady at desk polite too). Overall everything was wonderful it's really amazing as always, I 've visited so many times the old staff has changed but I always found the best one in teams of services and products quality.. Will definitely visit again.. Thanks team hadi rani
