I visited in hotel aruna chennai with my family and some friends to enjoy the vacations. I am so impressed that they provide good facility to us . Having well mannered staffs and good quality of food at affordavle cost.

Other than the five star tag everything else is five star,very good ambiance,good service,and choice of good rooms,and top of it good restaurants inside were one gets good cuisine and off-course one need not worry about the moderate price tag.

We were supposed to stay in this hotel in January 2014 for 2 days; however, we checked out the same night as we found bed bugs crawling on the bed. It is an old hotel with very poor maintenance and has a musty smell when one enters. When we entered our rooms we were met with a swarm of mosquitoes. Our rooms were changed but our problems continued. Some lights were not working, the water in the bathroom was not draining properly. But the worse was yet to come. We were settling down when we saw bed bugs on the bed. That was beyond our tolerance level and at 10.30 at night we checked out and moved into another hotel. So I would never recommend it to anyone.
