Hotel Kensington

Very rude customer service, ac was not working, geyser not working, staff didn't respond to any complaints as they charged for the room prepaid. And one of the most untidy hotel I've ever visited...

You can see all the facility in the hotel but the maintenance was not good , they even don't take a proper care to the guest . Front desk has an harsh face , its above average in cost wise and food...

Not much good and reputable hotel, it is ok for single males those who want to stay only, service is not upto the mark, the managers service is good. Rent is very high as compared to services. only...
