Raj Residency

i have stayed in this hotel with my family it's one of the worst hotel in Chennai. Rooms are dirty, toilet is leaking no soap in the toilet, T V not working no remote, AC making noise. Backside I think some factory is there people from there were screaming loudly.Booked van for site seeing the reception staff said it wlll be 1500/- but after the trip they charged 2600/- . The reception staff is usless don't no how to talk. So please don't go in this hotel.

Situated in the heart of the city and conveniently located close to the business center a warm place to stay. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. The rooms are decent too. They need to UP the maintenance a bit in terms of curtains and air conditioning.

Stayed here when I came to Chennai for the first time. Holed up in the room watching TV. Enjoyed their room service. They have a huge variety of shakes. Room was clean and well-maintained. Though got the sheets changed. All-in-all, a pleasant stay
