Heaven Holiday Resorts

I have travelled 9 hill stations all over India but this is my worst experience .I book this hotel through make my trip on which i m relying for years .Room was not clean and dustbin was fool of stuff at the time of checkin . After repeated request they send the person to clean the room after 5 hours of my check in . Toiletries and towels not provided till my check out . I check out one day earlier on second day as it was almost impossible to stay in this conditions with my family. No room service even for water supply. TV was not working during my entire stay . For every request they have single reply, SORRY SIR. I donno how make my trip or OYO like company sponsoring this hotel . There was a restaurant there but that was also inSLEEPING MODE.

We landed up due to non availability of rooms in other hotels.. Very bad management dirty linens & towels.. Very slow pathetic room service. Uncleaned rooms with poor knowledge staff to handle the guest.

Nice time at OOTY and very crowded due to summer vacations.. Rooms are not facilitated with morning breakfast and Tea/coffee There was no bathing soaps, Tooth paste, bathing towel..etc We need to have these things with us before going there.
