Replay bad experience room is not clean Tv is their but not working geyser is their it’s also not working they are given fake promise it’s all family or friend and just no one will stay this room worst

I was visiting Ooty for the first time with my family and Grand parents. Rooms are pathetic, water facility is worst, no hot water in such cool weather , even the Drinking water is not provided and the water provided for Drinking is contaminated with Mud. The water for bath is Mud water and when asked they says we are filling our tank and hence it is happening, but why will it be in for whole day. Don't ever pay for whole trip on the Day of check in them you are struck and they don't refund money. They try to force you to pay for the all the days you planned for , but don't pay Finally to summarize worst place to be for a Trip

the rooms are well maintained, good place to stay as it's the central to all places mean the city central, good offered price and good scenes to see through the cottage servicing and treating with customers and really liked Mr.Vishwanath's treating type...
