Arma Residency

This hotel room was very dirty, and in a bad state of repair, looked nothing like the photos!! bedding was dirty, was woken to the sound of rats scratching about. Bitten terribly during the night was meant to stay two nights checked out after room. Should be banned from booking.com for false advertising!

We did booking from booking.com and we had received the confirmation aslo but the hotel said they were fully booked at the last moment we were three girl’s travelling we had nowhere to go at 21:30pm after that they arranged another hotel which was look like ghost hotel very disappointed with the hospitality of the arma residency i will not recommend anyone to go there . For the front desk and reservation team you should check and update availability properly bcoz of you small mistake sombody can be in trouble like we face today . Thanks but no thanks 🤮🤮 For the managers kindly check the attached confirmation .

Its really good experience. I really liked the service of Hotel Arma Residency. The rooms are very comfortable.. And the things were properly managed... Good place to visit with family and friends ....
