First I want to tell you that finding this hotel it's take 30min in same location. Staff of this hotel is good and manager is coming operative cheap and best hotel in this locality food is also great in cheap price

This place has only one good thing that is its location. Both rooms and washrooms were small and not maintained properly. Service was poor and needs to be improved. have not tried food here. Will not recommend overall.

personally I didn't find the location ideal. It was a taxi journey from anywhere really. I walked it to Colaba once and it was fine as a one off but otherwise you are taking a taxi. Locations around Churchgate/Fort are more likely to be comfortable walking distance.
