Book a stopover day rate for 6h to rest and refresh! Frontdesk a bit stressed but functional ! Room was to the inside hall and well equipped. Just went in bed and the singer start to sing all kind of cover songs I heard so my sleep felt light and I share it with concierge and he to duty manager they recognize and promise to attend this next time giving a 6h stay a room in the corners of hotel that is more quite. The concierge was really sorry and with permission of duty manager they drive me to airport my thanks for the care.

I had a great stay at ITC MARATHA. I routinely visit mumbai for business trips and used to stay at other hotels near the airport . Few months ago I shifted to ITC Maratha for my stays . I have had excellent stay with outstanding hospitality, great breakfast, and extreme closeness to mumbai terminal 2 . I will continue to stay there . Special compliments to Ramkrishna and Duaty ( server)in the breakfast area to take care of me. Arjun the front manager has been outstanding last few visits with personalized attention to my stay . I will continue to use them especially for their highly personalized care.

We had visited to this hotel last night for the Birthday Celebration of my son, We have ITC Membership and we utilized it. Mr. Farhan, Mr. Ved and Mr. Yogesh took very good care of us and made us comfortable, We enjoyed a lot .... Hospitality was excellent ....
