Vits Sharanam in Thane is a Pure Veg Hotel that is now part of the Popular Vits Hotels Group. They do however permit you to order Food (including Non Veg items) from Swiggy, Zomato, etc, but you need to collect your Food Parcels from the Reception, as they do not permit the Delivery Boys to go to the Guest Rooms. It is a Very Old Property that has been acquired by Vits several years back. Even though some renovations have been made, this property needs a Total Refurbishment to qualify for a Luxury Stay, as it claims to be. The location is good, on the Service Road of the Eastern Express Highway, so connectivity is good. They have a small, but nice Ground where Open Air Receptions, Parties and other Programs can be held. There is also a decent sized Banquet Hall for Functions, Conferences, etc. The Hotel has 1 Pure Veg Restaurant called “Pepper Fry by Kamats” and a Bar with a Pure Veg Kitchen called “Mezze 9 Bar & Kitchen” as well, where Alcoholic Drinks are served at Affordable Rates. There is very limited Car Parking within the Hotel’s Compound, so that could be an issue at times when occupancy is high. They have Deluxe Rooms, Super Deluxe Rooms and a Suite as well. Most of the Rooms are on the 2nd & 3rd Floors and though there is an Elevator, it is a Very Old, Small, Collapsible Gate Type one. The Rooms are of a fairly decent size with all amenities including Central AC, a Mini Fridge, Electric Kettle with Supplies, Small TV with Set Top Box, Wi-Fi, a Small Desk, 2 Chairs with a Center Table, Wardrobe, etc. However, the Shower Area in the Bathroom is Very Small and the entire Bathroom gets full of water when you take a Shower. Also, the Maintenance does not appear to be very good. The Room Bell was not working, the Freezer in the Fridge was Totally Covered with Frost Ice, the AC Filters may not have been cleaned for a while, so the Cooling was not very good, the Exhaust Fan in the Bathroom was full of Dust and the Hand Wash Dispenser in the Toilet was both Empty and Defective and had to be changed at our request. While the Mattress and Pillows were Comfortable, the Linen and Towels though good, were a bit Old and Worn. We were given a back facing Deluxe Room on the 3rd Floor, which had a Very Poor View that was not worth watching. Hot Water was available in the Bathroom and there was a Generator Back-Up as well, which was good. Pure Veg Buffet Breakfast is served at the “Pepper Fry by Kamats”, but the items are limited, they don’t have a Live Counter and the Fresh Fruits (Watermelon & Papaya) didn’t look appetizing at all. For the price they charge, one would naturally expect a better experience and on that front, this Hotel is a Disappointment and is certainly not comparable with some of the other Vits Hotels that we stayed at in the past. Do not recommend this Hotel, as it does not offer Value for the Money that you pay to stay here.

Its was excellent stay. Room was good Service was very good and well time management by front desk staff Nayanika Athrav and Suyash. You should visit this hotel. Excellent stay and very good staff

It's a very good experience a good an cozy room staff are very co-operative. Specially front desk team Atharv Nayanika and Suyash. Breakfast was delicious. Hoping to come back soon.
