thought to mention cons before pros CONS Slow check in, first room allocated had bed side switch on one side only Towel rail is far from shower so if towel is not taken before shower one needs to walk to end to get towel. Hair drier also far away. Room was changed next day and that room had unfinished building work like no mirror in bathroom and safe not working. Room was changed again and that room was ok and comfortable PROS good location as many shops nearby and easy to travel from Staff were trying their best to help when asked. Food to order in room had good choice and was at reasonable price. There was adequate security at front gate Although issue with room initially we would stay here again when in Mumbai

It is a very good hotel clean and all the staff was very nice we have 5 days there best place to stay and a big thanks to max at reception the manager Mr bala We from mauritius Mr and mrs sharma
