juSTa, Hyderabad – the place where you get the hospitality and pampering you deserve. Right from the check-in till the check-out my stay was awesome in the hotel. Excellent service at the front desk, good food, clean and hygienic rooms are the keywords I’d use to describe the hotel. You get a killer view when you stand outside the hotel. I was amazed at the service by the front desk team. The moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by my name, which is really cool! The Front Office Manager Mr Amrit Nayak gave a warm welcome and prompt service and explained me about all services available in the hotel. Thanks buddy, you and your team made my stay really memorable. I kinda loved the way your team took care of all my needs during my stay. One advice to the management – Please do something about the beautification of the property. The building looks quite simple from the entrance. The Name Board needs to be revisited, for sure. ‘Justa Jehan Banquet’ looks like a single name and doesn’t make any sense. Thank you team for such an amazing service!!!!

Bluntly put, this hotel promised much more than it provided. Pros - 1) Fast wifi 2) Semi-decent, though unmemorable breakfast Cons - 1) General condition & upkeep of the room. Yellowing walls, missing doorknobs, no hot water (its always lukewarm), etc. make it an unappealing environment. 2) No views from the room assigned to me. The blinds could not be opened at all to even see what's outside ! Feels like being in a coffin. Construction noises right outside the window completed the ambiance. 3) On the day of check-out, we were rudely awaken at 0530 in the morning to be asked if we were checking out yet. I have never seen such abominable behaviour from a hotel ever ! 4) Beware of the location. There is nothing, and I mean, absolutely nothing in walking distance radius. Want to go sightseeing? Book a cab. Want a cup of tea? Book a cab. I would not return to this hotel, as there are plenty better properties in a better location at the same price point.

U get all in an affordable price in a package of pleseant place decent ambience well bullilt and maintained infrastructure with a low price with all amenities a tasteful food in a nutritious hygenic way
