Homely atmosphere, nice rooms, good staff, very tasty food and what else is required when you are out for fun. Mr. Manas taken good care and guided us neatly about the sight-seeing, and also about the stay @ hotel. i am very happy that he had responded me early in the morning at 5.00AM Thank you The Downtown Hotel Team

Very rude staff. They have absolutely no respect to the guest. They made me wait like a watchman even though the room was ready. I had requested for an early check in of an hour. They had the room ready but still did not let me check in. I had to reach the place and cancel the booking and looking for another hotel because of this childish behavior of the hotel receptionist. Kindly boycott.

Nice hotel to stay in. The hotel USP is it's location, it's centrally located and nearby places are easily accessible. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and tasty. Amenities are also good. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Though, it's a 3 star property but it's nothing less than a 5 star property.
