I had a Stay in this Hotel with my Family for a Couple of Days, i had felt that i am with my Friends and in Home, every aspect about their Hospitality towards their Guests is Vulnerable. The Rooms and Service is Very Good The Hotel is also Located in Prime Location where i had given some of my time towards my Business Meetings also Overall Satisfactory Stay with Good Memories Let them Keep It Up and wish them all the Best for their Future

The checkin process was fine. The staff are polite and helpful. However, some of the facilities in the hotel are just not up to the mark. The geyser was not working in our room. The hotel staff arranged hot water after about two hours of complaining. The light by the room entrence was not working. They assured that the issues will be fixed by the evening, however it was not. We had an early start the next day and hence the hotel staff promptly arranged hot water by 6.30 AM. Had to change the room for the same problem. The new room was not cleaned and there was no phone connection. Came back after a long day to see that the bedsheets in the new room were not changed from the previous occupancy. We had to call the hotel staff late in the night to get these changed. There was dampness all around the bathroom wall in the new room. The hotel has been refurbished recently but not fully done. Really disappointed that its been offerred in such a condition. The complimentary breakfast was good and had a wide variety of selections.

The rooms are fully equipped with modern amenities and nicely decorated wtih clean ambiance. The central reception room is very vast and having great looks. The hoitel is very good place to live in and service is wonderful
