I had blocked four 2-BHK units at their property & paid a token advance. The sales Manager, Navneeta, irresponsibly went ahead & released two of the four units I blocked because she 'thought' I'd cancel my booking. Another person I had to talk to was Sadiq, the GM who doesn't have basic etiquette to talk to a customer. Instead of being apologetic he was screaming at me, Unfortunately, I had to bear all this since I couldn't manage another booking at such a short notice. Totally unprofessional emps & the rooms are pretty old & dirty. I had another booking at Humsika Inn which is closeby & the place was pretty good & way above in professionalism.

I booked this place few weeks ago and reached on 26th Sep morning. For my dismay, the security did not allow us inside stating that he has not got any information of this booking from his office. My wife and I were quite upset with the situation, called up the person who confirmed our booking and later (after half an hour) agreed to let us in. Later - we were told that Wi-Fi is under maintenance and could not avail this facility. The rooms were just ok and not great as we had anticipated (after reading some of the reviews). I agree that some of the staff were quite help-ful and co-operative. Overall, not been a great experience however, an OK stay for 2 nights.

The place was homely with good interior with helpful staff.The Stay at this Place was Very Good. We always Felt Like Home here as they provide kitchen amenities. The Location of this Place is Really Good and you Cant Expect more than what this place Offers in a Location like this at such a Price. I definitely Recommend this Place for a Family or Business Stay.
