Very disappointing experience. I have stayed at this hotel 3–4 times earlier, which is why I trusted them again. Yesterday at around 6:00 PM, I called the hotel manager on +91 98370 15084 and clearly informed him that I would be arriving late, after 11:30 PM. He assured me that a room would be available and asked me to come. However, when I reached the hotel at 11:45 PM, I was told that the hotel was full and no rooms were available. This was shocking and completely unacceptable. Due to their mismanagement and false assurance, I was left stranded late at night with no place to go, causing immense inconvenience and mental stress. This reflects poor communication, lack of accountability, and highly unprofessional behavior. Such experiences seriously affect trust. I would advise travelers, especially those arriving late at night, to be extremely cautious.

Shilpa Dey from reception at check in was helpful, attentive and hospitable.she came across as friendly and focused on resolving any issues we had. Her team was directly helpful in arranging transportation. plush bar had a great selection of drinks, adequate snacks..thank to her team ,our stay was memorable and comfortable.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, booked as part of a tour. The hotel staff have no intention of working. There are no bath towels in the room, only toilet paper that is almost gone and no spares. There is nothing prepared for guests, and they don't bring anything unless you ask the hotel. Water drips from the air conditioner, so we had to use a trash can as a bucket. The cups in the room are dusty and dirty. The shower doesn't drain well, and the more you use it the more it floods. When you flush the toilet, water spurts down the wall from the button on the wall, flooding the room. I can't believe this hotel has a star rating... The travel agency that we book through doesn't care about the guests, they're only interested in making profits for themselves. The worst...
