Not sure where to start. Room 203's AC says on and 16 degrees, but it's just a fan, no cooling system.
The bathroom was dirty, toilet didn't flush. During the night the power went out, so no AC, understandable. But the generator wasn't connected to the fan. Had to wake up the night staff three times to get the fan going. One of these times he told me it would be fixed in 10mins. 15 minutes later I go downstairs and it's not fixed, and he's back in bed.
Finally he offers to move us to another room, 101 at 3am which had a working fan. When he showed me the room it was dirty with a used towel and rubbish in the room, dirty bathroom with no shower, no bin either. I asked them to clean it first and all he does is move the dirty towel to the side of the room.
At 4am the power went out again and this time it was because the generator was out of fuel. I had to ask them to go get more!
At checkout, I complained to the manager about all the above. Also about how the staff tried to enter our room four times without knocking on the door, we felt unsafe around them. He threatened to charge us for a second night because we were only one hour late, having had zero sleep until 5am. I asked the manager to ask the night shift how many times I woke him up. In front of me, he lied to the manager and said only once!
More bad things about this place:
- no wifi
- breakfast paid but it is just toast (+coffee & tea)
- no welcome drink as advertised
- beds are horrible
- only manager speaks English well
I hope this place closes down.
