I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The hospitality, cleanness , service and over all experiences were impressive. The staff of HHI , varanasi was polite , helpful and wellcoming throughout my stay specially shakshi keshari (frontdesk staff ) Helped me a lot during my stay.everything I felt comfortable and well managed . overall a truelly memorable experience. Had excellent experience, also staff are very good and very helpful specially mr harsh. Very helpful and polite . Also food was testy. Overall so happy.
