It's a nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food served in the restaurant is good, and the table service is quite prompt. The staff is courteous and helpful. Hotel is quite well located.

It is near to Dashashwamedh ghat (about 2.5 kms). However, being located near main road, it is noisy at night. Though rooms are ok, there were cockroches in the bathroom. Housekeeping service is not good. One has to remind to get the things done. Food at their restaurant is good, prices are reasonable and portions are sufficient. Though they say tea service starts at 7 am but could not get the same even at 7.30 am during the stay. Advantage is that you get the transport (auto rickshaw, e-rickshaw, cycle rickshaw) any time to go to anywhere in the City, as it is located on the main road.
