Horrible experience, lizards in the room , dirtiest rooms I have ever seen , damp smell , chipping walls and non functioning washroom. Even their lovby has food waste smell

This is my third time in Naturoville. The staff is very kind Prepared and professional therapists. Each treatment is ad hoc created on each person. This year I was visited by a doctor who monitored me for the entire period of stay. The food is prepared with care, I love it because I am a lover of healthy food, of course it has very different flavors from ours (Italy) I thank Sonia, the doctor dr. Tejendra, the cooks and the entire staff for taking care of me these 13 days Thank you.
