Hotel North Star

We took a four bedded room, which had a great view of Mt.Kanchenjunga. The room was big, clean. Geyser and Kettle were well functioning. The hotel staff is polite and great at their work. Location is also good, just 2 minutes walk from Mall Road. Restaurant is there. Overall a great experience.

Room - Newly renovated rooms,felt like everything was brand new. Washroom was top notch, geyser were new so hot water anytime was not an issue. Food - i ordered Tea, Aloo parataha, dal, chapati etc, they were really tasty. Location - walkable shortcut to Mall road, taxi stand, from where we easily got sharing taxis for local site seeing and siliguri. Above all Hariprasad bhaiya at hotel had been really heartwarming and available for all help and suggestions. Felt like a family friendly environment.

Excellent behaviour from the management and the staff. No problem whatsoever. Room service, cleaning, hygiene and all. Above all the food available here is superb, you need not to go elsewhere. I personally recommend this hotel to visit.
