Bali Paradise Apartments

I made a last minute deal at Booking.com and I found this place which is closer to my shopping place and restaurant. Helpful and super friendly staffs, the one bedroom apartment is perfect for us having a bit escaping from the noise.

We stayed here for nearly two weeks over the Christmas period and found it great value for money, particularly given we had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. For just under £20p/n we had a large apartment, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well fitted and the bathroom was fine. It's not fancy or beautifully decorated but it's functional and comfortable, so for anyone on a budget I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My fiancé used the pool (I didn't) and said it was very warm, and it's tiny, so I wouldn't say the pool is the best feature! But if you're using it for a base to cook in, rather than eat out all the time, the full size fridge and well stocked kitchen cupboards are great. On top of that there is a water cooler/heater in the kitchen so that you don't have to lug bottled water in all the time (HUGELY appreciated!) and we found everything we needed to cook basic, stovetop meals. Our room was cleaned whenever we put a sign on the door and towels were replaced frequently. The rooms are a little dark but it's a small price to pay for the space and convenience offered. All the staff we encountered were incredibly polite and welcoming and there is a security guard on duty at night to keep an eye on things. We had a problem with noise from the air con unit above us and the cleaner spoke to the office that day and got it sorted, despite it being over the Christmas weekend. The tv has lots of channels, including some film ones and the Wifi worked perfectly throughout our stay.
