Banyualit Spa and Resort

The hotel is old,but it has a nice cozy ambience, with nice swimming pool and restaurant. However the hotel rooms needed better maintenance, and food tasted less tasty than a few years ago. May need to replace chlorine usage in the pool with a milder substitute, as the water may be too irritative for babies.

Nice hotel reasonably priced and good garden. Staff helpful but not really trained to international standard. Could not eat in garden restaurant because of contractors coming. I found racial attitude offensive - my Indonesian colleagues got deliberately smaller portions ( cup instead of pot) of coffee for same price. confirmed kitchen policy. meals came out in dribs and drabs.

Its a good resort to spend with family. The hotel space is okay with a huge garden around. The breakfast is good, food is fresh and yummy. The hotel need to improve their facilities for better quality of bedroom and their TV Channel. Overall its amazing stay at Banyualits Spa and Resorts.
