Candidasa Beach

Thank you so much to all at Nirvana Beach Resort, Candidasa, for making our stay a truly memorable experience. A special shout out to the lounge/kitchen staff for exceptional service and to Shanti at front desk for making things happen. This hotel is an absolute gem, offering peace and tranquility.

beautifully situated on the ocean, be sure to wear slippers because there are quite a few rocks in the water. Ideal to enjoy the sunset. Nice, quiet hotel, nice restaurant, you really don't have to go outside the domain to have a pleasant evening.

We had a nice room with a large bed with a mosquito net. Unfortunately the room was near a mosque so we were woken up at 5:30 by the call to prayer by the imam but the worst part was the fact that they allowed clients to smoke in the restaurant which was supposed to be smoke free. They even provided the clients with ashtrays thus encouraging them to smoke. This meant we had to have our meals outside and even though we complained they did nothing about it.
