Jepun Bali Villas

My partner and I spent a week here in mid-July and the experience was nothing short of magical. The rooms themselves were spacious and quintessentially Bali-ish. The staff made sure they were tidy every day. Speaking of which, we had a driver who collected us from the airport, was on-demand the entire week we were there and brought us back after. The Villa onsite staff were first-rate. They tended to every need and wish and always did so with a smile. If I could've brought all three of them home with me I would've they're were such a joy to be around. Our part of the island had its share of tourists but far less than other parts and as there was only one other couple in the villa (there are 4 bungalows on the property), it truly felt like we were on a first-class experience. Overall, the price couldn't be beat and everything we needed, from advice on day trips to onsite massages (we had one every single day we were there!) was exactly what we were looking for in a holiday like this. If there was a downside to the trip it was that we didn't stay long enough for the time it took to get there. Even from California where we live, it still took us nearly 30 hours to get to the villa itself and the car trip from the airport to the villa was a solid 3 1/2 hours of stop-and-go traffic, which we weren't prepared for. Still, in the grand scheme of things, I could not recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful stay at JBV. Everyone was very accommodating and the property is beautiful. Be prepared to relax by the gorgeous pool (we had poolside pedicures) and take in the local scenery. We went on some excursions and soaked in the culture. Thank you to the staff who made our stay unforgettable.

We just spent an amazing week at Jepun Bali Villas! From the beginning to the end, our week in Bali was incredible and that was all because of the team at Jepun Bali Villas. Leading up to the trip, the owner (Scott) was incredibly responsive and patient with all of our questions/concerns - and I had A LOT! Upon arriving in Bali, we were met by a personal driver from Jepun (Made) who was waiting for us right outside of the airport. He escorted us in a very comfortable van from the airport to the resort and made sure we were very comfortable during the journey. He made stops for us to grab us waters/refreshments and helped us call in dinner orders ahead of our arrival as we were getting to the resort late and he knew we would be tired and would not want to wait to eat. Throughout our stay in Bali, Made was always sooooo accommodating! Helping us make sightseeing plans and dinner reservations and always making sure we arrived at our destinations safely! He handled every request, including changing/canceling plans at the last minute and even hand delivering Babi Guling so we could try the world renowned dish! Made was always very warm and welcoming and we were grateful to have his help during our stay! The villas at Jepun Bali Villas were immaculate! The views from every villa were stunning and the location was ideal with a short walk to the beach and a number of excellent restaurant options. Juni, Gege, Agus and Komang made sure the villas were always in immaculate condition. The villas themselves were well air conditioned and stocked with water/soft drinks/beer, toiletries/towels/hairdryers, etc. Everything was always so clean, refreshed and the landscaping was always perfect! This team at Jepun always greeted us with friendly smiles and were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The main villa was beautiful and well equipped with a full kitchen and TV/seating area. Sunny, Putu and Juni were such warm faces every day in the kitchen! These ladies arrived bright and early every morning and made us amazing breakfast meals along with the freshest fruit! Even when we planned early morning fishing trips (4am!), Sunny prepared breakfast sandwiches and fresh fruit in advance for us to take with us so we wouldn't be hungry. After one of our fishing trips Sunny even walked down to the beach with plastic bags so we could bring some of the fish back to the villas. She and Putu also made two amazing meals for us with our fresh catches - it was incredible. They were always very accommodating with meal requests and everything they made was so delicious! Sunny, Putu and Juni were delightful to be around during our stay! The pool at Jepun was beautiful with a swim up bar area and plenty of seating options. It was super quiet and relaxing! They even have a small area right next to the pool where you can get massages! Sunny was always happy to help plan for someone to come directly to the resort for these massages! We could plan them with as little as an hour notice and they were so reasonably priced that many guests had daily massages! Our stay at Jepun was fantastic - and so much of that had to do with the incredible team. By the end of the week they started to feel like family and we know we will miss them all! If you are considering a trip to Bali, Jepun Bali Villas should be at the top of your list! We had an exceptional time and felt incredibly safe and provided for the entire time!
