Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed in KoenoKoni Villa. Wanted to really like it, but felt the photos didn't accurately show the quality of the villa. We have stayed in many villas in Bali and this was disappointing for the price point. The pool was nice and the villa was spacious, but the quality and wear and tear wasn't up to the price paid. The property was old and dated quality of the furnishings and finishings let it down. The The staff were okay but not particularly helpful or friendly. The location was okay - easy walking distance from Potato Head and Seminyak Square.

Our experience at Koenokoeni Villa was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with unmatched warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The best of the villa: It is situated in the heart of Seminyak—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—yet maintains an atmosphere of absolute peace. The villa features a spectacular private pool, perfect for uninterrupted relaxation. The manager and his team were always attentive to every detail to ensure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Fruit, water, drinks, and snacks were provided daily—items that would come at an extra cost at other places. It is true that the villas need a few minor repairs (due to the effects of time and humidity), the spaces are spacious and clean, featuring modern décor that blends luxury with Balinese style. The team is always attentive to every detail, from personalized breakfasts to local recommendations. Thanks to Jack and his colleagues for making our breakfasts so enjoyable. Thanx for the papaya, pineapple, and banana juices. 100% recommend this oasis to couples or families seeking comfort, luxury, and tranquility in Bali. We will be back!

Very nice villa with spacious sitting room, kitchen and separate bedroom. Private pool is not small and can swim inside. There are 1 bedroom/ 2-bedroom/3-bedroom type for different family size. Just to note that 3-bedroom type cannot have sun for the pool for us for this time , maybe the pool facing direction issues Mini bar with Mr P peanuts/Oreo/chocolate/vitamin C powder are all free!! Mr P peanuts is super delicious and famous in Bali!! Can reach out to reception via WhatsApp which is very responsive. Spa can be arranged inside your room, just next to the pool is so enjoyable and at good price ($200k ++ for 60 mins) Although it’s not newly built, you can feel the years of equipment but it’s acceptable! There is a gelato store called Secrets just 3-5 mins walk from the villa Location is easily accessible to many cafes/ spa/ shops on the Main Street Would recommend this villa for your Bali trip with high CP value!
