Nightmare hotel! (Run away!) We spent one of the most disturbing overnight stays (just one night) of our tourist life at this property. It is a property certainly built (back in its day!) with fine and refined materials. Today, however, it is a horror movie… As soon as we arrived in this large reception area, there were dead fish (which no one later removed…) floating in two stagnant tanks placed on the sides. Once inside, the drop ceilings are dirty, partially detached, and full of cobwebs and undisturbed spiders that no one cleans or removes. At the elevator entrance, there is still wood paneling full of cobwebs and spiders. In the courtyard, there is a fountain with glass panes covered in bird droppings and dirt everywhere. The hallway floor is worn and full of dust. The hallways are dark and full of lights at the end of their life. The rooms are equipped with beautiful furnishings that are now aged and broken: the headboard of the bed (wicker) was detached from the wall, and dirt and insects could be seen through the cracks; the parquet floor was rotten, worn, and full of cracks from which ants were coming out; the bathroom was foul-smelling with drop ceilings soaked in humidity and mold. Worn and dirty sheets, in many places repaired (sewn) by hand. Ceiling full of spiders. Luckily it didn't happen in our room, but in our friends' room they killed cockroaches coming out of these old and dilapidated wicker walls. Basically, no one was able to get a wink of sleep all night. Some went down to walk in the street during the morning so as not to stay in the room with the smell of dampness. Unfortunately, there was little they could do because the next day we had our return flight. You cannot manage such a beautiful (at one time) and delicate (interiors) hotel without maintenance and without adequate cleaning, otherwise it becomes worse than an abandoned stable. To be avoided absolutely if you do not want to ruin your vacation.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Upon my arrival, I noticed a general condition that was very different from what was presented during the booking: lack of maintenance, insufficient cleanliness, signs of humidity, damaged furniture, unpleasant odors, and several safety issues. I would also like to clarify that, contrary to what one might think, the hotel did attempt to offer me other rooms. I thus accepted two successive room changes after the initial room. Unfortunately, after visiting a total of three rooms (506, 512, and 515), the problems remained, and it was impossible for me to stay under acceptable conditions. The most concerning point remains safety. During my time on the balcony, a floorboard lifted under my weight, causing a fall and injuries to my wrist and elbow. In light of this situation, I made the decision to leave the establishment the same day. I did not spend any nights there and had to urgently book another hotel at my own expense. Unfortunately, my disappointment does not only concern the hotel. After providing Agoda with numerous photos, videos, and detailed explanations, I requested a refund for this booking. Despite all the information provided and the fact that I did not spend any nights on-site, the only offer made to me was a goodwill gesture of €18. I regularly book through Agoda and had never encountered a problem until now. This experience deeply disappointed me, both regarding the establishment and the handling of the subsequent complaint. The location was great, you can walk to Mall Bali Galeria, the ambience was great and cozy, room was spacious especially the bathroom was beautiful. The staff was nice and friendly,
