Villa was very nice. Pool and common area shared with another villa but no one was there so we had it to ourselves. Staff very helpful. Breakfast and lunch only, no dinner service. The area is very quiet with not a lot to do.

I would have given it somewhere between a 3.5 to 4. The rooms where large an spacious. Great value for money. I think it would be a great choice for travelling in a group. Large family or other couples The plunge pool areas are great. Spent a lot of time in them with friends The staff are super nice and friendly Not all rooms are the same. But in our group we had 4 couples in one complex. An we were right next door with three individual rooms As there was only myself an my wife as they shut off the other two rooms with our own plunge pool. But we spent most next door with our friends in there’s I would have given it more stars but for a very small eating area at the front. Which cannot really cater for more the 6 on a table. That was one table An probably no more then 4 on most an not many seats. All up say 16. But it’s not a reason not to stay there. Just something to be aware of Aircon in our room was not the best. But it was very hot. An we had very high ceilings. Our other friend thought theres was ok Different designs an angles the reverse cycle heads where pointing All in all enjoyed our stay

We were firstly greeted by friendly staff. Easy check in procedure and easy to locate by our driver. Buggy offered to our villa from the lobby. Towels greyish and doesn’t look clean. Bath robe with blood stain. Shower area mouldey and the wood panel is deteriorating. Beddings in the masterbedroom is questionable whether it was cleaned as there are stain. Pillows are dated as it feels “expired”. After a night me and poor little girl got bitten by the bed bugs. When we provide feedback to the management the first response is what do you want me to do. But the next management team change the bedding for us but doesn’t make difference as the mattress is the main problem. Location is fine. Villa offered free shuttle to the beach. Otherwise 50k rupiah per way to other location. Villa’s reception is friendly but drivers on buggy and shuttle was just ok. Due to the size of the villa, WiFi signal in the room can be quite weak. We stayed in villa B3
