Rambutan Boutique Hotel

This place is a little slice of paradise! The staff are fabulous, the gardens are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom and it was great for us and 2 kids. The pools are great, breakfast options are yum. And the location is spot on. The front desk staff helped with booking some tours for us too. A really fabulous place!

Old woman with long hair behind the reception exhibts toxic behaviour, retaliating to GUESTS (welcome to a branch called "hospitality") with passive aggression and other subtle methods, because expressing dissatisfaction (in a polite manner) by GUESTS in the ''hospitality sector'' is apparently ''not allowed''.

We stayed for two nights in a family bungalow and were very satisfied! The house is more than sufficient for three people with two bedrooms and an additional outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. The house and the interior design in Balinese style were very appealing. The entire complex is beautiful, very green, and spacious. Our bungalow was located right by the large pool, which we were often able to use all by ourselves. The staff was always friendly. The restaurant and breakfast were not outstanding, but absolutely okay. The location of the complex on a busy lane with many small restaurants, massage studios, and cafés was also great. In case of health problems, the reception was there with help and advice, proactively prepared porridge, and distributed over-the-counter medication - truly excellent! We would recommend the Rambutan without reservation.
